Hi! My name is Amy. I’m a 33 yo working mother to a 8 and 6 yo and wife to a Highway Patrolman for the last 13 years. I live in the suburbs of Charlotte, NC in South Carolina, work full-time (part-time telecommuter) for a large bank as a computer programmer.

I am passionate about Christ.  He saved me as a child and has shown his faithfulness in abundance.  I am passionate about my family.  Scott was my high school sweetheart.  He is truly my other half.  My girls are my world.  Emma and Lexi are a dream I’ve had since childhood.  We are working on adopting a boy from DSS.  I’m passionate about making the most of the money God has blessed us with.  My friends and family are my rock.   As well as lots of shoes, inspiring books and succulent food.

I blog about just about anything on my blog…my day, my kids, religion, music, my TV shows…it’s all on here.  I do concentrate on four areas: stories with or about my children, spiritual insights, movies/book and fashion/design. This year makes 9 years blogging and now I don’t know what I’d do without it.  I always say it’s my cheap therapy.
